Using the RePomppa service, you can sell your used Pomppa coats back to us at a fair price. The used product finds a new owner through the RePomppa site, and you receive a gift card to Pomppa online store immediately after your product has been received and processed. Here you can find instructions on how to sell your used product back to us. Please note that we currently accept used Pomppa coats only from Finland.
How RePomppa works:
- Follow the product care instructions and evaluate the product’s condition
- Fill out the delivery form and send the product to us.
- You will receive a gift card to Pomppa online store immediately after the delivery has been processed. The value of the gift card is determined by the compensation price list.
Which products can I send to RePomppa?
We accept:
- Used and well-kept Jumppa, Sade, Kevyt, Perus and ToppaPomppas. The product’s model is found from the care label on the neck.
- Undamaged, clean, hair-free, and odorless products.
We don’t accept:
- Pomppa products called Pika, Paddy, Nifty tai Jumpy.
- Products that are modified in any way.
How to care for the product before delivery?
Upon receiving the product, it must be clean and free of dog hair. Please follow the following care instructions before sending the product to us:
- Remove all dog hair from the product.
- Wash the product in 30 °C using a delicate cycle and a mild, unscented detergent. To neutralize possible odors, use vinegar with a dosage of 0,5–1 tbsp per coat. Do not use fabric softener or bleach
If the received product has a strong odor, a lot of dog hair or dirt, or the care label has been cut off, we charge a fee of 3–5 € per each additional procedure the product requires before it is in sellable condition. The fee is deducted from the gift card. If the product requires any additional procedures, we will first contact the email address provided on the delivery form to inform the seller.
Product Condition Class
With the help of the following condition classes, you can evaluate the products condition and the value of the compensation.
Condition Class 1
- The product is used, but as new. It’s well-kept and undamaged. The care label is intact.
- No dog hair, dirt, or strong odors. The product has been cared for according to our instructions above.
- The product may have slight wear from use.
- No unremovable stains. The colors are bright.
- This class also includes product samples, restored reclamation items, and product shoot items.
Condition Class 2
- The product is heavily used, but well-kept and undamaged. The care label is intact.
- No dog hair, dirt, or strong odors. The product has been cared for according to our instructions above.
- The product may have wear from use.
- The fabric may have slight staining and the colors may be slightly faded.
How to ship the product?
Please note that we’re currently able to accept used Pomppa products only from Finland. After you’ve filled out the delivery form, you will receive detailed instructions on sending the product to us via Posti. Shipping is free for you. Remember to ask for the tracking number: we do not replace products that are lost or damaged in transit. After receiving the product, we will deliver a compensation gift card to the email address provided in the delivery form. The value of the gift card is determined by the Compensation Price list below. The gift card is valid for one year.
We will contact you if the product does not meet the requirements mentioned on this page. In this case, the customer has the opportunity to get the used product back. Our goal is to find a new owner for all RePomppa products.
RePomppa Compensation Prices
The seller receives a full compensation price when the product matches the given instructions. We want the compensation prices to be fully transparent, which is why we won’t charge separate postage or handling fees. You can contact our customer service, send photos and ask for more information to be sure of your product’s suitability, condition and compensation price before sending the product to us.
