KevytPomppa is a warm raincoat that keeps the dog dry and comfortable in the mid-season weather. The waterproof and durable shell fabric protects the dog from rain, wind and dirt. The lining is made of soft synthetic fur which insulates effectively. KevytPomppa works perfectly as a mid-season coat for cold-sensitive dogs and as a winter coat for more cold-tolerant breeds.

✔ Warm, lightweight and durable raincoat
✔ Soft fur-lining doesn’t tangle the fur
✔ Full protection without restriction of movement
✔ The simple design is suitable for many types of dogs
✔ Quick and easy to put on and take off
✔ Light materials pack up small
✔ Works as a shell jacket over JumppaPomppa

The size of Pomppa coats correspond directly to the dog’s back length in centimeters, which means the correct size is chosen by measuring the dog’s back length. However, depending on the dog’s proportions, the thickness of the dog’s fur, or the intended use of the product, the correct size may be size larger or smaller than what the back length indicates.

The units in the size chart are min and max measurements of the product. Note that due to the thickness of the materials, the coat’s waist measurement is recommended to be slightly larger than the dog’s waist circumference in order for the coat to sit comfortable on the dog. Depending on the dog’s proportions, the belt doesn’t necessarily set on the narrowest part of the dog’s waist.

The picture shows where the measurements are taken. When measuring a thick-furred dog, be sure to leave extra room for the fur.If you have trouble deciding between two sizes, don’t hesitate to contact us.

  1. BACK – The back length is measured from the neck to the base of the tail. Start measuring from the meeting point of the neck and back.
  2. CHEST –The chest circumference is measured from the widest point of the chest.
  3. WAIST – The waist circumference is measured from the narrowest part of the dog’s abdomen

  1. Carlotta

Keeps the dog warm and dry in all weather conditions. In combination with the Jumppapomppa we can walk safely even on the coldest winter days.

  2. Maiju

Abdolutely LOVE this one! I love the color, our golden girl has purple one! It protects form rain but also has a little layer that keeps doggo warm during colder fall/spring weather and why not winter time also! So it has a lot of use almost all year around 🤌🏼

  3. Susanne

+ Good quality and I really like the thin plush lining, comfortable to wear.
    – It runs large (choose at least one size smaller than your dog normally uses), miss a leash hole for harness and could have been more waterproof/repellent.

  4. Pascalene

The Kevyt is a really awesome rain coat that we’ve enjoyed using. The quality is top notch and I like the fact that it has the reflective strip on it, making it easy to see the dogs when it’s a bit dark. The material is pretty durable too – we’ve used our Kevyts quite often and have had to rinse/wash them a bit since they get caked in mud. I like pairing the kevyt with the jumppa for some extra warmth. Love that they are waterproof and keep the floofs dry when it’s raining!

RE Sizing, we have the same size as the Jumppa but can definitely say they fit a bit looser than the Jumppa, which is perfect when putting the Kevyt over something.

Would love the idea of leg straps though because we do have coats slipping and sliding around (unless they have Jumppas underneath); but it’s really manageable either way.

  5. Vesna

Love the jacket. Waterproof, easy to put on, nice quality. Great for everyday use. I like the thin lining, keeps the dog warm. If it gets colder I put underneath jumppa. Very easy to clean.
Runs a little bit bigger. I got the recommended size but could have gotten a size smaller.

  6. Kata Tóth

The best raincoat ever. It stays on the dog without slipping even while running intensively and is the best against pouring rain as well. If there were a kevyt for humans I would buy it in no time.

  7. Mario

very wet so we went with one of the lighter options and I think it’ll be perfect for her

  8. Mario

Just got the KevytPomppa for my blue heeler Violet, and I’m in love. It’s our first but won’t be our last. It’s light weight and has the perfect amount of insulation for Pennsylvania winters. Plus it’s gorgeous

  9. Sarah

The Kevyt Pomppas are our go to rainy/snowy day coats. They fit my Shelties and Pinscher mutts perfectly. I like to layer them with the Jumppa Pomppas on extra cold days.

  10. Holly

Very beautiful, colour and fit is similar to the Perus. It fitted very great to my dog but as she got older I wanted something which gets her warmer, so i changed to the Perus.
